A revolutionary concept
Imagine never having to plug in your smartphone again or wait hours for it to charge. Imagine having a full battery in just seconds, anytime, anywhere. That's the vision of Swapery, a pioneer in portable device charging solutions, that has unveiled the world's first fully auto-swappable battery system for smartphones at CES 2024.
Swapery's consumer device eliminates the hassle of traditional charging and offers users a faster, easier, and more convenient way to keep their smartphones powered up. Swapery consists of two parts: the swapping station and its pre-charged batteries. The station automatically swaps the drained battery once the device is docked, giving the user 8–10 hours of battery life in just 7 seconds. Each station hosts four batteries that continuously charge internally, giving users access to full battery power at any time of the day.

Looking at the solution one might say it is an enhanced form of inductive Qi wireless charging that has become very popular these days with many OEMs offering wireless charging on their smartphones.
A game-changer for mobility
In a media release, Swapery's CEO, Ali Salah, says that the company believes in pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation to enhance people's lives with their devices. "Swapery is ushering in a new era of effortless charging, where users can stay connected without the interruptions of traditional charging methods," he says. "This launch marks a significant milestone in our journey to redefine mobility and how we coexist with our mobile devices. We are excited to showcase this groundbreaking concept at CES."
Swapery's innovative smartphone battery system has several key features that make it a game-changer in the market. These features include a time-saving auto-swappable battery booster that takes just 7 seconds to swap, providing users with the battery life they need to get through the day.
Each charged battery provides an extra 8-10 hours of power, making it easy for users to stay connected without interruptions. Swapery consolidates the charging process into one simple step, eliminating the need for cables, adapters, or plug-ins.
The lightweight design of the Swapery battery pack makes it easy to carry, ensuring that you have a power solution wherever you go. Finally, Swapery's auto-swap process requires zero human interaction, providing a user-friendly, hands-free experience.
Swapery is expected to be available for retail in Q2 2024. Swapery aims to make it compatible with most smartphone models, making it accessible to millions of smartphone users.
